For any question, problem or idea, email support@alialnujaidi.com. It helps to mention your account email and the app version (shown at the bottom of Settings).
You can also write from inside the app: Settings → Help and contact.

Open Nbta, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm.
This deletes your account, your plants and their sites, your photos and scan results, and your history, notes and reminders. It can’t be undone.
If you can no longer get into the app, email us from your account email.
Deleting your account doesn’t stop renewal. If you subscribe to Premium, cancel in the App Store first.

Subscriptions are bought and managed through the App Store, and we can’t cancel one for you.
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Nbta, then Cancel Subscription. Or in Nbta: Settings → Nbta Premium → Manage in the App Store.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date or the end of the trial. Premium stays active until the end of the period, then you return to the free plan and none of your data is deleted.
Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Before your first scan we ask whether you agree to sending your plant’s photo and details about where it lives to Anthropic. You can withdraw at any time in Settings.
After you withdraw, no new photos are sent and scans won’t work until you agree again. The rest of the app keeps working: your plants, their reminders and the library. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
